A C# WinForms hospital system covering appointments, prescriptions and patient reports.
Overview
A desktop hospital management system built in C# WinForms over MySQL. Patients book appointments, doctors write prescriptions against them, and reports flow back into the patient record — the whole clinical loop in one application.
Built during my degree, it was the project where relational modelling stopped being theoretical: appointments, prescriptions, reports and users all had to stay consistent under real workflow.
